So I guess you’re wondering, “what does sleep paralysis and extraordinary spiritual experiences have to do with your spirituality?”
Well........
We’re all on a spiritual journey, whether we realise it or not. It probably sounds a bit cliche when we say that “we’re spiritual beings in a physical body” and it can be easily misunderstood, but the statement at its core is 100% true, especially when the science behind the statement is explained.
Our spirituality literally oozes out of us through our aura‘s, energy signatures and our spiritual connection to all that is. You see, we’re all connected by our spirituality and this connection surpasses the physical realm that we focus on daily.
Once we move past this physical existence we enter the territory of our spirit guides, Angels, soul family and others managed by the ultimate Creator. Whether you call this Creator God, Source, the Universe or something else, pure love resides within this field, a state that we are all striving to attain
My focus is always spiritual whilst understanding the science that underpins it. The difficult experience of sleep paralysis is a spiritual experience to be transcended with the potential to take the experiencer to other realms, dimensions, other worlds, with gifts that surpass anything that could be communicated in writing.
Spiritual experiences are the theme for this newsletter and anyone with an interest in what lies beyond the physical world and how to reach it is a welcome member of this community.

An experiencer of sleep paralysis for over 30 years, with a passion for learning more about what sleep paralysis is and its connection to other realms and spirituality. A spiritual being, I feel that I’ve been gifted by my sleep paralysis and being led to provide support and education to those who experience sleep paralysis and anyone who wants to know more about who they are and have clarity about the physical and non-physical realms, entities and dimensions.
