Today, I'm sharing with you scientific research papers and books that I have organized into a central resource that relates to sleep paralysis and associated topics.
Research into sleep paralysis is sparse and collating them into a central resource is helpful in understanding what sleep paralysis is, how to manage it, as well as the research gaps. The subject headings are:
I'm planning for this to become a central database of documents that relate to sleep paralysis and other extraordinary experiences and I've included the option for you to send me a message relating to additional information that you would like to see hosted on the page. You can also upload files directly.
The Nightmare painting above is a 1781 oil painting by Swiss artist Henry Fuseli. It shows a woman in deep sleep with her arms thrown below her, and with a demonic and apelike incubus crouched on her chest. This painting is widely associated with sleep paralysis, depicting the beast that many people see or feel.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you for being with me on this journey. We are expanding an area that has been ignored, misunderstood and overlooked for 1000s of years. Together, we are adding information to the pool of knowledge, where we can ask and answer questions that have never been raised before. The consequences have worldwide ramifications and are of historic value.
Again, I thank you and wish you love and light on your journey, and hope that you enjoy this new resource.
I hope you enjoyed this post. Please like it to show your support. And If you are reading this without a subscription, please subscribe and share.
With Love and Light Sheila.
