Subscriber Library
Welcome to the Subscriber Library, a curated collection of foundational texts, conceptual tools, and reference materials developed as part of the ongoing work on sleep paralysis, liminal states, and Threshold Contact Experiences. This library contains the core documents and supporting materials that underpin the Threshold Contact Experience (TCE) framework.
As a paid subscriber, you have access to all materials listed below. These materials are not standalone downloads, but part of a developing body of work intended to support understanding, integration, and shared language across lived experience, research, and reflective practice.
This is a living library. As new materials are formed, including glossaries, maps, frameworks, and transmission texts, this page will be updated to reflect the evolving architecture of the work.
Library Structure:
Core Frameworks / Foundational Texts
These documents form the conceptual foundation of the work and establish the core structures through which Threshold Contact Experiences are understood.
Threshold Contact Experience (TCE): Foundations
A foundational and canonical text introducing the Threshold Contact Experience framework.
This document sets out the need for reclassification, defines the core structure of TCE, and establishes the conceptual basis for all subsequent writing, research, and development.
It is intended as a central reference point within the TRANSCEND body of work.
Access is provided below for paid subscribers.
Initiation Arc Bundle
A structured model for understanding the longer arc of sleep paralysis and threshold experiences over time.
• Initiation Arc Visual Map
A four-phase framework describing common stages of fear, disruption, insight, and integration.
• Journal Companion
Reflective prompts designed to support meaning-making and integration across the arc.
Dream Contact Tools
Materials focused on recognising, tracking, and reflecting on contact experiences that unfold in dream-like or liminal states.
• The Dream Contact Map
A structural reference for identifying and comparing experiences that occur within dreams and sleep paralysis.
This document introduces a non-interpretive framework based on five observable features: presence, interaction, environment, control, and memory carryover. Rather than deciding what an experience means, the map provides a way of describing what actually occurs within it.
It can be used as a standalone guide or alongside the Mapping Template and Decoder to support consistent description, comparison, and pattern recognition across experiences.
• Dream Contact Mapping Template
A guided tool for documenting recurring features, imagery, and relational dynamics in dream-based or threshold experiences.
• Dream Contact Decoder
A companion reference designed to support pattern recognition across dream contact reports, including resonance, imagery, and presence-based phenomena.
Glossaries
• The Glossary of Threshold Contact Experiences — Volume I
A foundational reference text offering shared language for sleep paralysis and related liminal experiences.
Coming Soon……
Threshold Contact Experience (TCE) Integration Journal
A guided reflection resource designed to support grounding, sense-making, and longer-term integration following intense or recurrent Threshold Contact Experiences.
Entity Contact Companion
A structured reflection and orientation tool addressing discernment, grounding, and post-contact integration, intended for both early-stage and experienced reporters of contact phenomena.
Threshold Practice Deck
A visual slide-based resource offering short prompts and practices to support attentional stability, perceptual awareness, and reflective engagement with threshold states.
Guided Meditation Library
A growing audio archive focused on grounding, orientation, and nervous system regulation across sleep paralysis, TCEs, and related altered states.
