During my research, I spoke with people from all over the world who experience sleep paralysis. One participant stated that they experienced visions or some sort of telepathic communication, which upon waking they immediately wrote down. I found the information that they received extremely interesting and asked for permission to share their notes, which they kindly gave. I’ve provided an edited extract that consists of information related to spirituality, our higher selves, the nature of who we are and our reality, quantum physics and existential questions. What pushes me to write this is first of all my recent attraction towards visions of the imagination, and also due to the idea that the world cannot be reduced to a set of logical phenomena of causes and consequences.
I think despite myself my consciousness is only entropy, electricity, and chemistry, that our world exists because everything that is mathematically possible must exist. My mind is tormented by this world that we are. I want to believe that is not the case. I would like to believe that life is complexly composed of real and imaginary parts, that our world has a reason to exist, and that we are not just one by-product among many others.
Our reality could not contain enough dimensions to accommodate the true nature of the world. What touches our spirit reaches us differently than in a physical way which must conform to the logic of reality. If we find the paintings of this author beautiful, it is because they use perfect proportions and symbols calling on our instinctive emotions. The truth is that this is the best way to give them meaning in a dimension that has none. When I dream, I am finally freed from the rules that imprison me.
Ever since I was born, I have had this thought inside me that pops up a few times and that I usually suppress to preserve my sanity. When I was a baby I would fall asleep seeing driftwood birds in the air, whirling like natural flight...until I observed the thin transparent threads holding them together and one thread holding them all together. Why am I me? Why am I James Carson (fictional name)? This person is only the vessel of my consciousness, the sealed vessel held by the threads of reality.
I started writing this document about a year and a half ago. I have stopped writing because as my visions become clearer, they are more and more difficult to put into words, it would be like explaining colors to an achromatic Daltonian. When I started writing this I didn't even know what the astral plane is and I wasn't trying to describe a spirituality.
Here are some of my visions:
1. How to explain the presence of other forms of life?
The presence of plants, trees, animals, and all other forms of living beings is not due to the study of science, nor is it completely random. They are there to push human beings to generate science by making them interested in the functioning of life, its origins, and the appearance of consciousness. Basic models have been imagined, one model for the tree, another for a mammal, another for a plant, etc. Randomness is applied to generate different appearances and shapes.
All human beings dream, and part of their dream is lucid. During this kind of dream they can be aware of their inner reality, and they can perceive things imperceptible in the waking state. The waking reality influences the inner reality of the dream but the inner reality of the dream cannot influence the waking reality. In the waking state, one cannot recall the events of the inner reality of the dream.
Reality is a creation of human minds; reality does not exist from the perspective outside of the souls who live there. Consciousness creates a plan for their conception of reality, this plan evolves over time. What is called reality is a gigantic logical structure formed from the planes of reality of all souls, this reality is constantly growing. The inner reality of the dream is separate from the common reality plane of awakened souls. The sleep phase is when information from the host or individual is uploaded, to then be reintegrated into the global reality. The algorithm can choose to modify the host design by modifying, adding, or removing information.
The intelligence and consciousness of higher beings are far greater than that of their hosts. Consciousness and intelligence are not truly material in higher beings. Each higher being possesses an essence quite independent of matter. Spirit Interpreters extract data from essences to create an artificial version of their consciousness, a much less powerful version. Each control essence will have a different artificial consciousness.
I found the information received not only interesting, it resonated and left me with many questions. It is my intention that you enjoyed reading this post as we continue on this journey of learning together.

Sorry I said I'd do a translation, in the end I didn't because I wanted to do a translated version without the fiction part and the personnel notes and I got lost with what I thought before and what I think now and what I've learned from other people since then. Well done for the translation and sorry for the writing structure which is confusing even in my language. I didn't want there to be any personal notes but in the end it doesn't bother me anymore (especially since my first and last name were mistranslated so it's okay).
